The 2017-2018 season starts off with some changes to the coaching staff. Mark Russo, who has served as the Washington Men’s Gymnastics’ head coach since the 1988-89 season, is moving up to be the Washington Men’s Gymnastics’ team coordinator. Giancarlo Mora, who has been the Husky’s assistant coach for 2 years, has been designated as the interim head coach this coming season. Husky alumni, Jeff Crockett, a highly decorated former collegiate gymnast, is the assistant coach. Nathan Tsuji, a senior from Santa Cruz, CA will be the team Capitan.
