The Dawgs are off to Colorado Springs this Saturday for their second competition of the season. The Huskies will be up against 2nd ranked Oklahoma, 5th ranked Nebraska, 6th ranked Minnesota, and the 13th ranked Air Force Falcons on their home turf. The competition starts at 6:00 PM Mountain Time (5:00 PM Pacific).
This weekend’s line-up includes: Captain Ben Bloom(AA), Captain Alex May(FX,SR,PB,HB), Jacob Jarrett(AA), Daniel Gordon(FX,PH,SR,PB,HB), Perry Lightfoot(FX,PH,VT,PB), Alex Forcos(FX,HB), Conner Petellin(PH), Luka Sisauri(PH), Jared Danek(SR,VT), Connor Pattison(SR,PB,HB), Jameel Ali(VT), and Oscar Hemmert(VT). This is a very solid line-up for the Dawgs as they look to increase their team score from last week’s 382.05.
The Rocky Mt. Open is also a qualifier to the 2020 Winter Cup held in Las Vegas this February. Top all-around and event finishers will have to earn their spot as there will be many talented gymnasts in attendance.
